  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain medical products (e.g., stoma supplies, wound care items, incontinence products, custom-fit prostheses) are non-returnable unless they are defective.

If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund after product verification.
