BACTIGUARD (VIGILENZ) HYDROCYN aqua® is an advance and comprehensive wound management products under Neuwater™ Technology. It is designed to specifically protect and serve to keep the wound clean and free from microorganism and contaminants. HYDROCYN aqua® is indicated as a wound wash, debridement agent & cleaning solution for acute and chronic wounds such as stage I-IV ulcers, venous stasis ulcers, diabetic ulceration, post-surgical wounds, 1st and 2nd degree burns, abrasion and bed sores. It is also can be used in moistening, wound dressing during cleaning and irrigating wounds. Primary mode of action of the solution is to clean the wound and mechanically debride dead, damaged and infected cells. In addition to that, the wound wash has ancillary antimicrobial properties to reduce microbial load at site of infected wounds.
