Delivery Information

• Free delivery after purchase for HK$800 or above (after discount). (Except diapers and Nestle products, the minimum order quantity and additional shipping costs have been individually displayed in the remarks column of the product information, please be sure to confirm the order number must be set as shown in the minimum order quantity, otherwise extra transportation fee will be charged or no delivery service will be provided.)
• Specific products also enjoy free installation service.
• No delivery service provided for the discounted price under HK$300
• Shopping under HK$800 will be charged HK$80 delivery surcharge. (Delivery surcharge will be charged for different regions)
• An additional surcharge of HK$100 will be charged for delivery to outlying islands (e.g. Lantau Island,Cheung Chau and Ma Wan).
• Such as the transfer of diapers and nutritional supplements need to be on the stairs, every four boxes are subject to an additional charge of HK$50. (Surcharge may be adjusted to the size and weight of the goods)
• Delivery service is only available in Hong Kong, while overseas delivery service is not included.
• There is no delivery service on Sundays and public holidays.
• If the typhoon signal typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, a red or black rainstorm warning is issued, delivery service will be delayed or otherwise arranged.

** Remarks

• Customer must provide full shipping address to avoid shipping delays and additional administrative costs. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping charges for customers who have been delayed by providing incomplete or incorrect mailing addresses.
• If your location changes, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately.
• We will fulfill the principle of delivery on time and by site and deliver the goods to the designated destination. However, if the delivery information provided by the customer during the purchase is incorrect, the goods will not be delivered or lost within the expected period. The Company will still pay all the expenses of the customer without any legal liability.
• We reserve the discretion to ultimately refuse delivery service to any customer.
